 I love flora and landscapes, birds and trees. I love the singing of the blackbird in the evening, the smell of honeysuckle and the taste of wild strawberries.
With my eyes I follow the forms, the lines, the contrasts. I follow the abstraction and the details. There are too many ways to see and I try to follow them with my pencil and brush, my camera and ideas. I am passionate about gardens and the importance of harmony with nature for our lives.
My whole life i worked in the creative industries, as a designer, artist, illustrator and teacher. My own work i developed with a focus from a very large scale like landscapes towards smaller scales like gardens and eventually flowers. As I grow older I zoom more and more into smaller scales. And still giving snense to the ways of seeing, between detail and the whole.
